MstApps Website and Application Terms of Use
These Terms of Use include the terms of use between the MstApps application (hereinafter referred to as MstApps) and all private and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as USERS).
By benefiting from the services offered on MstApps (whether by paying a certain fee or free of charge) or accessing the application in any way, USERS undertake in advance that they are over 18 years of age or are underage but have the legal consent of their parents or a person responsible for their care; that they have read and fully understood the content of these Terms of Use and that they unconditionally accept and approve all of its articles.
These USERS are deemed to have accepted in advance any changes made by MstApps to the provisions of these Terms of Use.
The fortune-telling comments on the MstApps website and application are produced entirely for entertainment purposes with imagination.
It does not predict the future in any way and does not contain accuracy. Comments made on MstApps are a form of traditional fortune-telling language presented for chat and entertainment purposes. The content provided by commentators may be harmful for children and those with mental inadequacy as it may create misunderstandings.
It is recommended that those under the age of 13 do not use the MstApps site and application. USERS under the age of 13 may consult their parents about which sites and applications they can use.
The structure and content of this site and application, all kinds of visual materials used on the site are protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works and the Turkish Penal Code.
No text on the MstApps site and application; including code and software, may not be changed, copied, reproduced, translated into another language, republished, uploaded to another computer, posted, transmitted, presented or distributed, and may not be used in whole or in part on another website or application without
referring to the source.
To become a USER on MstApps, it is sufficient to download the application. We do not store your personal information in any way.
MstApps does not accept responsibility for the consequences that may arise in the event that USER information falls into the hands of malicious persons and is used maliciously as a result of attacks on the database.
Copyrights and copyrights will not be violated in any use and software. All copyright and human rights responsibilities that may arise from the content added by USERS belong to the users. For this reason, recourse to MstApps is absolutely not possible. MstApps and USER are completely independent parties in terms of law. There is no business partnership and/or employee/employer relationship between these two independent parties.
In the information provided when requesting or making comments, it is absolutely impossible to write anything that is against the law and does not comply with the general moral principle and that attacks personal identities. According to the laws, if a request is made from the legal authorities when MstApps entries are used as a means of action considered a crime, information about users will be provided to the necessary places upon request.
USER may not post or transmit any illegal, threatening, disturbing, insulting, profane, humiliating, vulgar, pornographic, disturbing or immoral information that would constitute a crime, require legal follow-up, create or encourage a situation that would be contrary to local and national laws or international agreements, through interactive areas on the site or application.
USER is responsible for the content he/she publishes and shares on the MstApps site and application within the framework of the provisions of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 dated 26/9/2004 and listed below:
* Encouraging Suicide: Inciting or encouraging someone else to commit suicide, or strengthening someone else's decision to commit suicide is a crime and unacceptable.
* Child Sexual Abuse: Any sexual behavior committed against children who have not yet reached the age of fifteen or who have reached the age of fifteen but have not yet developed the ability to perceive the legal meaning and consequences of the act; sexual behavior committed against other children solely based on force, threat, deception or any other reason affecting the will is a crime and unacceptable.
* Facilitating the Use of Drugs or Stimulants: Providing special places, equipment or materials for the purpose of facilitating the use of drugs or stimulants, or informing others about the methods of use is a crime and unacceptable.
* Providing Substances Dangerous to Health: Providing substances that may pose a health risk to children, mentally ill patients or those who use volatile substances is a crime and unacceptable.
* Obscenity: Publishing and sharing obscene images, writings or words, or content is a crime and unacceptable.
* Prostitution: Encouraging a child or a person to prostitution, facilitating or facilitating this is a crime and unacceptable.
Providing Places and Opportunities for Gambling: Providing places and opportunities for children or people to gamble is a crime and unacceptable.
Crimes Committed Against Atatürk: Openly insulting or cursing the memory of Atatürk is a crime and unacceptable.
The responsibility for friendships and relationships established through MstApps belongs entirely to the USERS. MstApps recommends all visitors to be extremely careful about disclosing their personal information and not to share it.
MstApps is not responsible for what USERS write in the interactive areas within the site; nor is it obliged to share the opinions written there. MstApps has the right to remove the content added by USERS from the site and application without stating any reason.
USERS cannot send or transmit any information, software or material that has a commercial purpose or contains advertising on the MstApps site and application. It cannot make any request or engage in advertising activities such as purchasing or selling any products from other USERS. It cannot provide bank account information, mobile phone number or e-mail address.
USER cannot post or transmit any information, software or other material that violates another person's privacy or publishing rights, is protected by copyright, trademark rights or other property rights or is adapted from materials falling into these described classes without the permission of the owner or the person who holds the rights.
MstApps is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to unauthorized persons reading USER data without MstApps' negligence (USER sharing his/her information with other people, not logging out when leaving the site, forgetting the phone on which the application is open in a public area or being stolen, etc.).
MstApps is not responsible for any USER's behavior. Under no circumstances shall it be liable for any loss, damage, harm, death, etc. arising from the use of the site and application, its content, communication and interaction between USERS, whether online or offline. is not responsible even if it is.
Fortune tellers are responsible for the comments made on the MstApps website and application. It is strictly forbidden to make any propaganda that degrades human values and against the law and the state in the articles.
MstApps has the right and authority to refuse to provide service to any USER without giving any reason by returning the comment credits or comment fees they used to request comments.
MstApps may convert its services that do not require membership to a status that requires membership over time, open additional services, change its services partially or completely, terminate them with or without a certain period of time, and make them fee-based.
MstApps may use anonymous usage information collection methods on the application or website in order to improve the quality of service without violating the privacy of the USERS. MstApps may store, process and transmit this anonymous information to its business partners for the time required to achieve these purposes in order to use it in statistical evaluations, performance evaluations, marketing campaigns of MstApps and its business partners, annual reports and similar reports.
MstApps has the right and authority to cancel the memberships of any USER it wishes, change the form of the service it offers and/or cancel it without giving any reason.
The membership information of USERS who are canceled by MstApps or whose memberships are canceled in accordance with the contract terms will be stored by MstApps.
MstApps has the right to unilaterally change or modify the Terms of Use.
